To make sure your family is safe, we have all the major appliances checked for safety and fire hazards. This includes items such as your furnace, water heater, washer, dryer, stove, etc. This list is updated monthly where you can also add additional appliances to be checked for as long as you own your home. There is no charge for this service when we perform your home inspection.
